Way back at the end of April I bragged about the ribs my beautiful young wife smoked, saying that I had never quite got them right. AHA! This time they're mine! I used Meathead's Last Meal procedure and they came out just way he said they would. Unfortunately, I had to babysit my old Smoke Vault all the way through to maintain 225° to 250°. That was the last time. I'm switching to electric (no pun intended).
