ID:	1356937 Hey there, I’m EggGuy (Michael) And after years of following this site and telling myself I need to join, I did. I’m a Texas BGE user (DFW area), been using Komodo style cookers since ~1970 when my father brought one home from deployment. I would not call myself an expert, but I rarely make inedible cooks. I also cheat and use a FlameBoss (BGE Edition) to regulate my cooks, as Meathead says, “If you want traditional dig a pit in your back yard”.
    feel free to ask me about smoking meat, or Komodo cooking. My opinions are free and worth every cent!

              Welcome to the Pit from another BGE guy in the DFW area - Dallas to be more specific! My first Kamado was in 1972 when there wasn’t much info as to how to use them. And, here we are 50 years later doing all kinds of things.
