I guess I’m an intermediate level smoker. I’ve been a member for a few years but never posted. I appreciate the info on this site though. An 18.5” Weber Smoky Mountain Cooker is what I use. Also have a Weber Performer grill. Hope everybody had a Happy Thanksgiving!
