Have you looked into asking for a variance from the HOA? Or even asking them to change the rule?

I can maybe see why the Board may not want multiple devices being out and used at one time - as it helps limit the size of gatherings, amount of smoke, etc . . . but what is the logic of saying you can only own/have one at a time? Life is too short to limit your options that way!

what harm would there be to other residents if the rule is changed to - "Use of multiple . . . at one time is prohibited."?
