As you’ve already noticed all the recommendations for the Weber kettle. I love my kettles and they do a large amount of the grilling/smoking around our place. The 22†kettle is a workhorse and there’s tons of different accessories for it BUT if at all possible grab a 26â€. You get more room and there’s still a lot of accessories for it. But if you want to make it a great cooker, add a Fireboard controller and fan for the longer smoking jobs the you don’t want to get the chubby fired up for. I would say I use the 26†kettle a majority of the time for grilling and smoking.
