Welcome from NC.
My only advice is to find a niche to exploit in your service area and serve premium goods to build brand loyalty. Personally, I’ll pay a premium price for high value goods and services and businesses that provide those are usually recession resilient or proof.
Best of luck on your endeavor. I’ll be rooting for you.

Welcome from a former Columbusite, back in the day (Hardaway grad 1986). Can't really advise you on a catering business, but look forward to seeing the fruit of that Lang smoker.

PS My mom lives on Lynda Lane to this day. Would love to see you guys one day on a visit to Columbus. My dad always lived in Neptune Beach and I left Columbus when I was 17 to come here and never left, except for grad school in Philadelphia. I love it here.Last edited by hoovarmin; August 25, 2022, 03:35 PM.

Dang man!! Been a minute!! haha, but I swear..some things still seem like 5 minutes ago, don't they? You actually still look the same barring a few strands of hair ..wish we all aged as good. Well, hope you have been well and absolutely on getting together on one of your visits home. Robin says hey and she actually brought up lunch or dinner before I told her you mentioned it and said to tell your Mom hi, as well and that she misses her!

Hamsammich, great to reconnect, buddy. Lunch or dinner sounds terrific. I know I'll be there near Christmas, and perhaps a time or two between now and then. I'm glad you are here, you are going to love this place. Dave
