    Hello from the west coast of New England

    Looking to expand my menu, I've only done butts and a few ribs, mostly on a Weber Kettle, latest butt and ribs (2 different occasions) I did in an Akorn Jr. Wanted to see what the kamado commotion was about. Expecting the SnS Slow and Sear and Drip pan to arrive Wednesday, replacing the 2 fire bricks previously used to set up 2 zone in the Weber. (8lb butt just barely fit in the Akorn, had to divide the ribs into 4 sections) Stumbled on this site a little while back, hit the 30 day trial on 17 July, spent a few hours looking around, logged on this morning, read 2 of the sneak previews of the new book, immediately joined. Good stuff!
