Beer, Tequila, and Vodka drinks go hand in hand with cooking and grilling. However, I HATE Corona. I'd rather have a Frontal Lobotomy than that bottle in front of me! Worst tasting beer of all time.
Broil King Sovereign XL, Grill Grates all the way, Maverick PT100, A-Maze-N 12" tube smoker, ThermoPro TP-12 wireless.
Joule Sous Vide; works great.

I'm really glad I found this Forum. A wealth of knowledge to benefit from.
I started grilling about 10 years ago and I've gotten scary good at it. I have an open mind and will always try new techniques to raise the bar. For example, Who'da thunk Grill Grates would have made such a huge impact on my results.
This forum is just the place to find different perspectives.
I also love to share my cooking experiences and recipes. I'm really looking forward to making some yummy contributions...
Hi, my name is Darrell. I'm an OTR truck driver for over 25 years. During my off time I love doing backyard cooks. I have a 48" Lang Deluxe smoker, Rec-Tec pellet smoker,1 Weber Genesis 330, 1 Weber Performer (blue), 2 Weber kettles (1 black and 1 Copper), 1 26" Weber kettle, a WSM, 8 Maverick Redi Chek thermometers, a PartyQ, 2 SnS, Grill Grates, Cast Iron grates, 1 ThermoPop (orange) and 2 ThermoPens (pink and orange) and planning on adding more cooking accessories. Now I have an Anova sous vide, the Dragon blower and 2 Chef alarms from Thermoworks.
Welcome! I've been doing this for about 7 years and this site has been the #1 most helpful to me. You won't find arguments (just friendly disagreements from time to time) and everyone is extremely accommodating with information and experience. "Good food and good cheer" seems to be the motto.
