Hey everyone,
I hope everyone has a great 4th. I live in South Dakota and have been enjoying BBQ for years. I started out on a cheap bullet style to see if I enjoyed it. Then, after I was hooked, I quickly realized that managing temps and managing young kids were not easy. I had a Green Mountain Grill and enjoyed that for several years and also have a Weber kettle. I spend too much time on YouTube watching BBQ channels and on Meathead's live broadcast I learned about the Pitmaster club. Other tools I use a lot are my Fireboard (first gen) and Javelin Pro. I currently am in the market to get a new pellet smoker/grill. I have been reading up on Pitts and Spitts and Mak grills. I would like an American made unit but the price point makes me pucker a little. Any thoughts/suggestions are welcome and I look forward to learning from all of you.
Thanks and happy grilling!
