    Hey Y'all!!!

    New member to the Pitmaster Club...not sure why it took me so long! Huge fan of Meathead! I've been cooking Q since my tailgating days at Clemson University in the 90's when we would haul our offset smokers to the stadium and cook ribs on the sidewalk. I enjoy cooking "big food" and have catered weddings and church events, never for hire but always out of love. I am a food science junkie and have acquired much of my skillset by watching and reading chefs like Alton Brown, Samin Nosrat...and Meathead! I am an avid hunter and am a huge advocate of the "Hunt to Eat" movement. My passion is cooking wild food and introducing first timers to wild game cookery. I cook everything from tenderloins to offal! I am looking forward to learning more from this community, and contributing where I can! Thanks for letting me in!!!
