    Great to be here! I’m a huge fan of the book, Meathead. I’ve got the BBQ, Grill and Smokin’ bug bad. Added to the hardware collection and have been expanding the list of favorite recipes.
    Hardware includes: 22” Weber with SnS, Hasty-Bake Gourmet Pro 258, Weber Spirit II, Masterbuilt MES 130B.

    Been curing bacon, grilling steaks, chicken, fish, veggies and smoking lamb, beef, pork, cheese!
