HI Everyone - Stew from Antioch IL here. Been a BBQ aficionado for as long as I can remember, have been smoking meats for more than 30 years - first on my Weber gas grill (yeah, I know ...), then Weber Kettle, and now, Weber WSM22 plus a Traeger Pro575. My favorite things to make are brisket and baby back ribs, but love making everything under the sun.
I come from a "food" family, my Dad and Grandfather having been the leaders of a Central Iowa cheese company famous for it's blue cheese. I'm also a home brewer of more than 25 years.
Here's a few of my faves - Montreal Smoked Meat and Brisket as well as reverse-seared beef tenderloin.
