My coocking base skills come of course from the Roman Jewish cuisine that I love so much, but I’m very fascinated from the american barbecue.
I live in Rome in an appartment so I can use my Weber kettle grill only while the summer at my seaside house. I’m studying the techniques and the various set-up focusing my self on the smoke management. I need your suggestions to improve my bbq skill!
