    Hello from Glendale,CA!

    Hello! I've been a member for a couple of years and I have accessed the site but I haven't actually participated in the Forum. I do apologize. I absolutely love forums and I have learned a lot and made some great friends by utilizing them.

    I live in Glendale California. I'm a classically trained personal chef. I bought my first Recteq smoker in 2019 and my second Recteq in 2020. I absolutely love smoking anything and everything. I'm getting ready to purchase a Blackstone griddle or something along those lines. Still doing some research.

    For the past couple of years I've been dry aging meats. Another hobby.

    I look forward to getting to know you all.

    What kind of setup do you have for dry aging?

      I use UMAI bags. I have a designated refrigerator in my garage that I used to dry age or ferment meats.
