    Hey from MN

Hey, ya'll! I'm a born and raised Minnesotan who thinks ya'll and soda are just the right things to say, despite not being from the South. I bought my husband a smoker last summer for Father's day and enjoy using it with him to smoke all kinds of goodness. We have a Green Mountain Grill SS Ledge and generally love it. We chose Smoked Pot Roast Perogies.pdf that pellet smoker based on the reviews on AmazingRibs - thank you for all those product reviews! Sometimes it can be temperamental in extreme temperatures, but usually, it's pretty spot on.
We started simple (there is nothing better than a smoked frozen pizza!), and I've worked up to making smoked pot roast perogies for Christmas Eve Dinner. I love our smoker and the delicious food we make on it!

Recipe for smoked pot roast perogies as requested attached below.

Welcome from Maryland. Throwing a welding blanket over the cooking chamber might help to retain heat during those cold days.

Welcome to the Pit from Dallas, Texas! I grew up in New Orleans and we never drank sodas. It was either a soft drink or coke. In some rural parts of Texas it is pop. Everyone has their own name for it.

Always been called pop around here, ask for a soda and your getting ice cream in your drink.

                It’s a coke, no matter what. Y’all.

I second what Soonerpop said, it’s coke even if you want a Dr Pepper. 🤷‍♂️
