I've been a longtime user of both Amazingribs.com and Meathead's cookbook for several years now, and have just signed up for the Pitmaster Club. I am a dedicated home cook, genuinely my favorite hobby, and my current outdoor cooker setup includes a Kamado Joe Big Joe I and a Weber Jumbo Joe. I've already learned so much from this amazing community and can't wait to be a more active part of it.
