I of course love smoked meats of all kinds, but also like quick cooks like chicken portions, pork tenderloins, steak and fish. Really into cooking of all kinds.
My outdoor kitchen has a Lone Star Grillz Adjustable and it is wonderful. There also is a Pit Boss 5 Burner Ultimate Griddle.
There is an outdoor fire pit that has grilling capability and limited Santa Maria-style grill raising and lowering.

My first, second, third were all boys. My last is a girl. Daddies always have special relationships with their little girls. You will be her first love, her role model and her guardian all wrapped up into one. Sorry to scare you like that but you have a big role to fill in her life. Enjoy the journey

Congrats (and to you also, Derickls ) on the new Little One! Our first (and only) came home without operating instructions or even a convenient carrying handle. I doubt things have changed much in that regard, so enjoy the OJT learning process ... we're still learning and he's going to be 42 soon ... 🤔 ...
