    Hello from Indianapolis' Southside

Finally decided to jump in after using the site off and on for a few years. Started with the book. Both have changed how I think about and cook BBQ.

I have both a WSM and a Good One Heritage Oven.

Family and friends think my shoulder, ribs and chicken are worth eating. My brisket needs some work.

Looking forward to what y'all have to say

Welcome. I'm on the north side of Indy. Did you get your Good One at BBQ Maestro's in Beech Grove? I go there all the time.
