    Hi everyone

I've been coming to this site for years and decided to join. I have been cooking for years on my Weber and I just purchased an Oklahoma Joe Bronco due to the reviews on this site. I grow my own peppers (super hots, down to jalapeno) and make various hot sauces. I love BBQ and cooking for others.

Welcome aboard from Rockland County NY.

I would love to know more about your hot sauces.
I grew and made some pretty decent ones for a while. But the wife put and end to that last year. 😔 She wanted her patio back. 🤦🏼

My favorite sauces right now are my Cherry Bourbon Ghost (or Scorpion or Reaper) and my Mean A$$ Taco (lots of chipotle, cayenne, and a few Ghost). I grow them all (except the Chipotles - they are better from others, straight from Mexico or Texas).
