                    I did a brisket last week on the Pit Boss 820. I let it run low and slow overnight, then I wrapped in paper and added some Wagyu Tallow. It was very tasty and tender.

                        Sometimes simple is best. Today I made some plain old burgers on the Akorn. Used a 50/50 blend of pork & beef.
