I'm excited to check this board out. I'm relatively new to smoking. I started about 2 years ago with a weber kettle, I now have 11 various cookers. I have a lot to learn but I have achieved some comfort level with Pork Ribs, Briskets, and Meatloaf on my smokers. I look forward to learning more here, I will share when I feel I have something to offer.
