Hows it going, my name is George Matsumoto I have a great passion and love for bbqing ,cooking and making tacos and having cocktails while doing so. I can come up with nice a good taste recipe on the go by just eye balling , but I can fallow an would like to taste new recipes if you like to share

Tacos, I can bend the tortillas for tacos.
Then sour cream in the bend, followed by seasoned meat, lettuce, and cheese.
