    Hello from the Sunshine State

    I'm Harris from Florida and have been grilling for the family on a small scale using a 22 1/2" Weber charcoal grill for the past 17 years in various settings such as the back patio at home to popup camper locations up and down the East coast of the US. I went through a short phase experimenting with a gas smoker and a fryer but returned to charcoal as a more manageable heat source. It wasn't until after I discovered AmazingRibs.com that my grilling techniques really started to blossom. Thanks Meathead!!! Btw, I just joined Smoke Signals. It really has saved me $$$ in successful grilling suggestions.

            Thanks for the welcome. I'm still here and just found the messages. I was reading about shrimp grilling techniques and stumbled across them. Several folks are talking about the SnS. Huskey, after seeing your 8/28/15 message I now have an idea what SnS is!
