Newbie from Kansas...the land of Oz

Hello, I'm Lisa from Kansas and lean a bit on the shy side.
I have very good indoor cooking skills, but not too much on the grill/smoker side...although, tomorrow, I am going to try to smoke a Pork butt, baby back ribs, and 2 chickens. I have an offset smoker my son gave to me so thought I would try my luck.
I am an office manager. My husband of 30 years are very much enjoying the empty nest stage of life, 😊
and are REALLY enjoying spoiling the grandkids and sending them back home😆
