Does anyone have experience with both the Lonestar Grillz IVS and Humphreys line? Both are built incredibly well and have excellent customer service. If I could have 2 I’d get one of each. I Wondering if the reverse flow will cook larger meats any better or worse or if rotating racks is required. I appreciate any input.

You might also want to look at Assassin and Stump's. I have an older Stump's Baby vertical feed smoker and love it! Assassin is vertical feed only, but Stump's has a number of different models. I don't have to rotate racks but I am very aware of the different temperature zones and plan placement accordingly.

I don’t have any experience with the Humphrey’s products, but absolutely love my LSG IVS. I don’t have to rotate meat on racks as the temp is very consistent from top to bottom. I’ve had 14 racks of spares in mine at the same time and they all finished at the same time. I don’t think you could go wrong with either. Good luck scratching the MCS itch no matter what you decide.
