I have had a 36â€ Blackstone for 4-5 years & love it. Cooks great & cooks A LOT! Great way to feed a crowd breakfast! Pull the trigger, you will not regret it.

Holy... MOLY! I assume it comes with the rolling stand? It's about $270 on Amazon Prime, cheaper than the 36" griddle I was looking at. Man, I LOVE this idea....

Any idea how hot this gets? I really like that the flame bounces off the dome to cook the top, that's awesome.

I watched it on Amazon and the price got down to $250 and i pulled the trigger. Supposed to get to 900 degress F. I believe it. It was at about 600 in ten minutes and I cranked down the dial to cook a premade pie I bought to test it.
