...I have not used it yet. Both my wife and I got the flu (great timing for our staycation) and finding a chip in the stone Saturday. I wasn't sure how the return/replacement was going to go with Gozney. Can I still use it or will they want me to send it back. So I shot them an email Saturday knowing that they don't work on the weekend so my hope was to hear from by Wednesday.
I was very surprised that they sent me an email today at 4am saying that they were sending me a replacement and I should receive tracking shortly, and I did. No pictures, no further information needed.
