The new oven was delivered today and I manged to get it all setup. This thing is a beast and I can't wait to cook on it. Pictures of a cook to follow,

I will say I'm disappointed they did not address the direction of rotation. If the stone rotates counterclockwise, you can gauge the doneness of your pizza better. It's a minor issue though.

Roasted vegetables, Baked or grilled fish, Slow cooked meats, flamed ribeye steak, Smoked and barbecued meats, Jacket potatoes, freshly baked bread loaves, Focaccia and flatbreads, Side dishes such as shrimp, potato wedges, baked feta, Stews, casseroles, and Hot desserts
