World’s largest “kamado”? (No, it’s a pizza oven)

I was talking to the owner. He ordered this from Italy with the intention to open a restaurant; the pandemic nixed those plans, so he put it on a trailer and now does the food truck circuit.





The pizza is excellent.

I think it cost well into 5 figures. I don’t remember how much, though, we were talking last year. That sucker is nice, though, innit!

It looks like a Komodo kamado but those are built in Indonesia not Italy. Definitely looks like a ton of fun too.

I asked a lot of questions, but I asked them last year! So I don’t remember the manufacturer, etc. Also, at that time it was cold and raining during the food truck festival, and I didn’t get any useable photos.
