Price is very nice compared to anything else I have seen on the market. I do believe it is large enough to use as an oven as well. I really would like to have that feature for roasts and the likes.
I know nothing about it but it looks like a lot of fun! My wife and I drove down Hwy 99 south of Red Bluff today. For years there was a house on that route that sold big pizza oven kits for a very low price. A large oven was always on display next to the Hwy with a sign and a price. I have no recollection of the dollar amount but know it was a fraction of what you could get retail. Of course my wife always said "No" when I asked if I could buy one. She was right at the time. I pointed the house out today wishing the opportunity still existed. I think she would let me get it today.
Yes sir, we picked it up Sunday and he didn't have much info on the brand, etc. He bought it several years ago and Never fired the oven up. Except for a few weathered spots it still looks new. I was really hoping to fire it up today for a burn-off and trial run; we had pouring rain almost all day 😠so that killed the trial run. Hopefully I can get it set up this week for another run this coming Sunday. Nonetheless I am pretty happy with the fine.
I have seen something similar in the Mexican pottery shops. Perhaps some of the Socal members could chime in. Its been a while since I've been that way.
