I love that dance!! I have seen this many times in structure fires where the burning gases will dance to their own macabre music. Absolutely mesmerizing and almost a shame to douse it.

Holy s^^t this thing gets hot! I wanted to cook the first pizza at 800°, but I hadn’t turned it down enough and the temp kept rising. You really can cook a pizza in a minute at 900°, but it’s not optimal.

Pizza number one was ham and spinach, with the spinach added after cooking.
