Smoking on a KBQ C60 makes the best damned BBQ reliable and easy to achieve. Huge thank you to this form, website, and the review in helping me take the plunge in 2020, and been running that KBQ hard ever since!

I have a KBQ too, but have never done a brisket on it. So some questions for my edification:- What was the weight of the brisket and did you do a whole packer, split the flat and point or just do one or the other?
- What was your temp range and how long did it take before pulling it to rest?
- what wood did you use and what was the estimated cost for the fuel?
Your 2nd post. Congrats and welcome to the pit.
