Hello everyone!
Sadly, work has kept me busy busy busy and I haven’t been able to post or comment as much as I’d like lately. I’ve been using the 250-gallon cooker for some catering jobs, pop-up events and have been selling ribs on Saturdays I’m free, so it’s been fun and it’s proven to be a great, solid and consistent cooker. I’m looking at opening up a Saturdays-only BBQ joint and I’ll need additional space. Through a LOT of asking around, I finally found a contact in a gas company who could sell me their used tanks, and I have acquired my next project!

On Monday I am getting the red tank and the white one to its right delivered to start building a new offset. Its a 500 gallon tank, and the white one will be cut and used as the firebox. It shall be named The Red Dragon, it will be trailer-mounted and it will be awesome! I’ll keep you guys posted on the process!
