          Here are a couple of pics. Trying rib treats dry brine with lawreys the covered memphis dust. Wet brine on yard bird for 24 hr and also covered with memphis dust Click image for larger version

                  @geotec230 those look real tasty. Curious to know what the average weight of the birds are compared with those we get over here. Ours average 2.8 pounds.
