    Dandy cook for you griddle/chapas/cast iron guys and gals.

    Potato shredded and spread on the surface. Season w slap ya mama. Cook 10 mins on medium heat. Remove. Repeat but after the seasoning add fish filets more seasoning, arugula and then flip the first potatoes on top. Cook for 12 mins. Cut and eat like a samidge. Maybe add some hot sauce.
