Decided to make some fried rice today, based on Cowboy Kent Rollins recipe: https://youtu.be/AYTRjdNwMiA
I decided to use some grass-fed stew meat from ny buddy at http://www.wattersonranch.com/
Stew meat tends to be a little tough so I used my sous vide to cook it for 2 hours at 130* - I added some ginger soy sauce to the meat while it was cooking.
So, here is a 1 lb bag of cooked Jasmine rice, oil, and butter.

After getting good and hot and starting to brown, in goes the sauce mix.

Now, the beef. Things went fast and I didn't take the pic as I added it - I moved the rice to the side and put some oil in the center, then added the beef and cooked for 3 minutes before stirring the rice back in.

In goes 8 scrambled eggs. Very windy day, notice the scrap wood wind block.

Done, and we eat!
