    Hot Deal!!!

    $45 score today. Brand new, never used. Adding to the arsenal. Bride is going to love smash burgers off this. And fajitas, and hash browns...the list goes on. How should I season this?

    Congrats. I'd season with a pound of bacon, followed by eggs and hash browns.

      Nice. One day I'm sure I'll get one even though I have lots if griddle capabilities. I think I want the 22".

        I seasoned mine with vegetable oil and high heat. Do it outside, unless you want your smoke alarms to go off.

        I keep saying I need one of those for my hurricane kit.

          Flax seed oil will do the job nicely.

            So what would the process be? I have some on hand in the fridge that I used for my CI skillets.

            Hulagn1971, just follow the directions in the owner's manual. It is the same concept as what you did with the CI skillets.
