    Well seasoned Blackstone Griddle

After about 10 cooks on it I've achieved a well seasoned Griddle. Almost non stick at this point.

    Looking good brother.
Have you checked out the wrap around table they offer? It’s like cooking on a hibachi. Click image for larger version

I say this because you have a front grease drain like I do.

No wrap around for the 28" griddle yet. I went with the 28" because I was able to
    purchase it for $109.

BEAUTIFUL brother!! Man I need to do that so bad. Been neglecting the ole Camp Chef. Got some rust now. I gotta sand it down and do it right.

fry some bacon on that bad boy, then hit it with some oil and hash browns with onion and cheese, follow with easy over eggs. Nothing seasons like a good piece of hog meat!

Lonnie. I think you’ve had enough going on over the past months. In due time brother in due time.

Ahh hell. Get that baby cleaned up and start cooking. 👊🏻

Yea brother! I think I bought it (2 of them LOL) about two months too early. Been moving the dang thing out of my way daily! My first run was a load of bacon, gotta do that again soon!

I've cooked bacon twice for BLTs
Breakfast twice with hash browns, eggs and sausage patties.
      Scallops once with ghee
Pork chops once with the left over oil from when I made garlic confit.
      Brick Chicken breasts once.
      Burgers three times.
And I've crusted steaks twice after reverse searing them on my kettle.

That's beautiful seasoning you got there. Surprised it took only 10 cooks. I'm with lonnie mac I gotta get to using my Camp Chef more!
