BEAUTIFUL brother!! Man I need to do that so bad. Been neglecting the ole Camp Chef. Got some rust now. I gotta sand it down and do it right.

fry some bacon on that bad boy, then hit it with some oil and hash browns with onion and cheese, follow with easy over eggs. Nothing seasons like a good piece of hog meat!

Yea brother! I think I bought it (2 of them LOL) about two months too early. Been moving the dang thing out of my way daily! My first run was a load of bacon, gotta do that again soon!

I've cooked bacon twice for BLTs
Breakfast twice with hash browns, eggs and sausage patties.
Scallops once with ghee
Pork chops once with the left over oil from when I made garlic confit.
Brick Chicken breasts once.
Burgers three times.
And I've crusted steaks twice after reverse searing them on my kettle.
