So I bought a 28" griddle.
Seasoned it by the Blackstone Betty method. Sanding block, 3 coats of Blackstone seasoning and griddled onions.
Same day did a pizza on the griddle. I was so busy griddling the ingredients and cooking the pizza that I forgot photos.
But today I did a breakfast pizza using a Pillsbury pizza crust (same as yesterday), sauteed onions, peppers and mushrooms, bacon, 7 eggs, 1lb. savory sage flavor sausage, cheddar cheese and peppered sausage gravy as the sauce. This time I remembered the pics.
