Pit Barrel Cooker
Weber Master-Touch
Blackstone Omnivore 4 Burner Griddle
Thermoworks: Signals, Billows, Thermopens, Thermopops, Nodes, bunch of silicone stuff, and more!
OnlyFire Rotisserie w/ Basket attachment for the Weber
Vortex for the Weber
Both of Meathead's books!
Way too many BBQ related accessories, tools, and doo-dads!
I've been trying to keep my eye on FB marketplace in my area. Seems a lot of folks buy these on impulse, then realize "Oh, I have to actually cook on it!". Hoping I can pick up a 36" for around $200 or so. It'll probably replace my gas grill, since I already have a PBC and a Weber kettle, the gas grill really only gets used for searing and hamburgers/hot dogs.

Large Big Green Egg, Weber Performer Deluxe, Weber Smokey Joe Silver, Fireboard Drive, 3 DigiQs, lots of Thermapens, and too much other stuff to mention.
The trick is getting used to treating the spatulas as extensions of your hands. Once your brain starts thinking of them like that naturally, the rest is easy. It only takes a few cooks to “get it”. The hardest move is the quick wrist flip, and that isn’t even all that hard, you just need to do it a few times. Load that thing up with a dozen pancakes, and by the 12th one you’ll have it down cold (or hot, hehe).

Alright!!!!!! Now that’s a cooker!! Congrats! They are fun to cook on and can make large cooks go so easy and quick.
As others say, Flat Top King is a great way to learn how to do some great cooks and things you may have never thought of. And learn your temps/heat on each area/burner. That will be a great thing that will help with your cooks.
and, round cornered long spatulas! They are your friend! Let us know if you have any questions and have fun

Welcome to the family! When I bought mine in 2018 it instantly became my most used outdoor cooker. Zero need for a gasser, and the only thing my wood/charcoal grill saw was steaks and tri-tip.
There’s a lot of flat top experience here in The Pit, so any questions will have a plethora of answers.
