The weather has been so cold I haven’t cooked outside much unless I could leave it on a smoker with an occasional check. But, I’ve been antsy to use my Secret Santa gift, a plow disc and burner from ItsAllGoneToTheDogs. Well, we’re having what I call fake spring for now, so yesterday was the day! I used the KISS formula for the first cook, chicken thighs and veggies for fajitas seasoned with Malcolm’s Grande Gringo. It’s a really fun way to cook, fast and easy. The fajitas turned out great, margaritas were served, and a good time had by all. Thanks again for the great and unique gift. Next time, breakfast.

I may have the same Eastman burner, re Kenji's recommendation. Took legs off, placed burner on two fire bricks on outside counter, perfect for wok or paella.
