New Grilla Primate

Just finished assembling my new toy. It's a beast. Super-excited to get going 😁. I haven't found a whole lot of info online, but if anyone has specific thought/tips/tricks, I'm all ears.

Do you have any insight on the Knob settings and hoe they relate to temp?

@Jlazer I really do not. I cook on the Primate daily and have for a couple years now. I really do not worry much about monitoring temps as I do the food. The griddle gets hot. I most of the time cook on low unless I am searing. But always start low and slowly ramp up if needed. Once you learn the cooker it really is seamless.

Congrats. I first saw this grill at the Grilla Grills store in DFW (now closed) and was impressed by the build quality. If I were to add a gasser, it's the one I would get because of the griddle combo. Enjoy your great new cooker.
