    New Le Griddle!!

Just a quick note, I took the plunge and bought a 30" Le Griddle on a cart with a lid. It costs more than many of the griddles out there, but it is 100% 304 Stainless Steel except for the cast iron plate that is attached to the bottom of the grill itself. It only has two 9,000 BTU burners but it will get really hot (I never turn it on high) and it holds a very even heat with the cast iron underneath. Easy to clean with a front grease tray. I use those Rescue Grill Brushes and just dunk it in water and clean the surface. The one time it didn't come clean, I used some Bar Keeper's Friend and it was back to like new. Short answer, I love this griddle and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a very good griddle. Good cooking everyone.

Pro style griddle experience for the back yard, world of difference from the typical units.

I recently saw their single-burner model build into a bbq island. Didn’t get to use - or observe its use - but it was beautiful and seems very well made. I’d love to have one!

Nice! I got the 41" Le Griddle for my backyard kitchen, it was a huge investment but buy once, cry once. I'm so glad I got the Stainless Steel, otherwise I'd be cleaning rust off all the time. Performance is great. My only complaints are that it heats up slow and I don't get to use it as much as I'd like.

Those are nice! Man!!! And to have a built in would be even better.

Can’t wait to see your setup and how that thing cooks!
