MCS strikes again new Pitt Boss

I have been reading about griddles on this site for a while now and I decided I wanted a three burner PittBoss griddle, my birthday is coming up next month so I pulled the trigger today. The griddle was on sale at Canadian Tire and today only I received extra (C$30+$22.00=$52.00) Canadian tire money. A nearby store had one left in stock so I bought it. It took over an hour to assemble, I would say the instructions were not great, the side shelves assembly I found difficult. I had to buy a propane tank as my Napoleon grill uses natural gas. It is working now and I will cook supper on it tonight. We will cook something simple and easy.

+1 on PJ's endorsement. I would also suggest getting the PB Ultimate grill kit for use with the griddle. Comes with heavy duty scraper, 3 spatulas and a cleaning sponge holder. Available on Amazon.

Congrats! I'd kinda - sorta like one, but we have an electric griddle that sees very little work, so I don't think another one would be cost effective.
