Current cookers Weber Spirit 3 burner with a full insert griddle added. A 22" Kettle with vortex SnS and OnlyFire pizza oven. A Smokey Joe and the most recent addition a Pit Barrel Jr with bird hanger, 4 hooks and cover. ThermoWorks Smoke 2 probe, DOT, ThermoPops and a Thermapen MK4. 3 TempSpike wireless meat thermometers.

If you are on FB and a griddle person you might want a ✔️ this out. I subscribe to his YouTube channel wher he encouraged to join his group. What I like about it, his followers post great cooks to give you ideas and inspiration. I'm really getting obsessed with this. But tomorrow t-bone on the Kettle.

I was posting in that group several times a day until I got bounced. I wasn’t sure why, but now I think it is that I replied to a post about cast iron with a humorous video, the one about Southern cooking and the CI in the dishwasher.

I can be, that’s for sure. It comes and goes.

He probably has some setting that just bounces people for certain things, and keeps his eyes forward.

(which just came out this morning) we're excited to announce we're teaming up with The Flat Top King (Neal) and we hope to be able to expand our griddling expertise and his smoking expertise, into a mutually beneficial relationship for both sets of fan bases.
