[Smokin' Hole]

I am bummed since this griddle has always been under cover and showered with love. Grease tray porcelain starting to fail from poor surface prep (imo) and griddle edge coating starting to fail on edge. Has anyone had this problem on their 360? Does anyone have a suggestion on how to resurface the grease tray?
A shout out to Amazing Ribs for this prize which I assembled in August 2022. We love cooking breakfast on this griddle.

This may sound sorta dumb & may be of no help, but have ya thought of contacting the mfger? Sounds like it shouldn’t have happened, at least in this stream of time.

If manufacturer won’t send you a new grease tray, I would take it off and have it powder coated. Awesome finish and does not cost too much.

Certainly worth giving 'em a call, they sent me replacement parts for shipping damage no questions asked even though I bought it from Amazon.

What are you using to clean it? Mine started doing that after using a degreaser and a scrubby to clean it.

Thx for the reply. I clean the grill right after cooking with water. I wipe down the tray with the steamy paper towel. No chemicals ever. Its just poor surface prep. There have been great suggestions to contact the manufacturer. I will have to figure out how to get that done.
