I love my Sierra griddle, but it did have a minor scratch on the surface after assembly. It has no bearing at all on the performance of the griddle.
I wasn’t too concerned, really, but the Pit Boss Community on FB has reported issues with Sierra cooktops, so I entered a chat window with Karl, who asked some questions, and then… ordered me a new cooktop.
That’s killer. My real issue wasn’t so much the non stick as it was durability; that’s nothing right now, but what about 3 years from now?
