So I cooked some lamb pops on the Blackstone last night and didn’t clean it. I’m off duty tonight (dear wife makin’ tacos) and decide I need to clean the Blackstone. Fire it up and walk off…..come back and it’s not very hot….hit the sparker and BAM! 😳

Ow! In case you didn't already realize it, it is not recommended that you cook your body parts.
Hope you're going to be okay. And that it doesn't hurt too much.

What's that thread Panhead John is often posting on? Show us what you're not cooking well? Or something like that?

40+ years ago I worked in a hardware store. We sold gas logs for fireplaces. My aunt bought one and I said I would be glad to install it for her. Got it all hooked up, went to ignite it the first time. Didn't ignite the first time. Did about the third time. I did a backward somersault across the room. Eyebrows still haven't gown back in.

Weber Performer Deluxe Kettle (Favorite)
Masterbuilt Gravity 560 (used for smoking only)

Just about everything I know about grilling and BBQ has come from AmazingRibs. Thank you to Meathead, the AR crew, and especially the community!!
Well, this could be a new fashion trend! I am not so excited about achieving the look, but you know, I've seen stranger things...
