    Using Le Griddle stainless lid

    So I got a Le Griddle (single burner / 16") and stainless lid, just used for first time and happy so far! (Neglected to take photos but will next time..)

    The lid is marketed as a cover to protect against the elements...anyone see a reason not to also use it while cooking like a grill lid?

      With the lid on during a cook, steaming may be taking place.
      Try it, if it works great, if not then you will know either way.
