Any high quality gasser. I could always add a tube for chips or pellets.

Do you sell propane and propane accessories? J/K. Hank Hill reference.

With the 3 different types I have used, the thing that fits what I do most a gasser would have to be my pick if I could have only 1. I'v learned enough from AR to know I am not a master and probably never will, but I can combine tools to make a gasser work if that was all I had.

A Komodo Kamado. (I know big surprise)

Guess it would have to be a properly equipped kettle (SnS, Vortex,etc.). That is until I win the SnS Kamado in the "Great Giveaway"!🤣🙄

I have always wanted a Hasty-Bake, but lately I have taken a liking to the Assassin 48.

Do you mean of anything out there or what we currently have? I will go with the latter and say tough call but I would pick my Yoder stickburner for its versatility since I can grill a single steak on the firebox with charcoal or wood and I can smoke a boatload of meats low & slow, or anything in between. She don't like to be moved though, she's like tugging on a farm tractor with 4 flat tires.

Any grill. Of course, I assume we’d all pick one of our current grills since we already have them. I do like the idea of an offset, Jambo travel grill is legit.

In theory it’d be a Kamado, but... if I was going purely by what I had experience with, it’d be my 22” Weber. I can do just about everything in it. I much prefer my WSM for almost everything low and slow except for briskets, but the kettle can do it too and more.

Haven't experienced enough variety of cookers to make a definitive decision but with what I have used it would be a kettle.

Baby-back Maniac contends for a Kamado because while it doesn’t do anything the best it does all things well. His number 1 choice would be the Weber Summit Charcoal.

If budget is an issue for the backyard griller he would recommend the Weber 26” kettle with a SlowNSear.

I would agree with that, but if money wasn’t an issue I would choose the Komodo Kamado or the largest Primo available or possibly ABC Adrenaline’s new Kamado.

Love his videos, he always seems to have a level headed take on things.

Weber kettle, I can do it all. Smoke, grill, campfire for s’mores.

For me, it would be the M Grills M1. It can grill with charcoal using the upper charcoal pan, but it can burn sticks in the bottom firebox and be used as a reverse flow smoker. Capacity it pretty decent too.

I would have said my Kettle a few months ago, with the SnS. But now I'd say the ABC Kamado.

I would have to say my kettle with a SnS and a DigiQ I am not very computer literate for the more advanced one. I have been using kettles for ever and I am to old to teach an old dog new tricks.

Love my 26” Weber kettle as well as my Camp Chef flat top grill. That said, out of all of the cookers I have had over the past 25 years... and it’s been quite a few... my MAK 2 Star has been my overall favorite. It would be my MAK.

I’d have to go with my YS-640. Love the versatility of it and the direct sear with grill grates works well although if you are cooking more than three or four steaks you have to be good about moving the steaks around to make sure all sear well. However, the direct grilling does work so with that and its precise temp controls that’s would I’d opt to have.
